Using this site

WhoCalledMeHQ is provided free of charge to help people identify unwanted calls. You may not use it to harass, trace or identify individuals, nor scrape its content automatically. The service exists to help people protect themselves, not to investigate anyone.

Accuracy

Numbering data comes from the regulators' published records and open data sets, and is reproduced in good faith. Because of number porting and caller ID spoofing, information about a range never proves who made a particular call. Nothing here should be treated as proof of anything about the person holding a number.

User content

Reports are the opinions of the people who wrote them. We review submissions before publication but cannot verify individual claims. If you believe a report is false, defamatory or breaches your rights, email hello@whocalledmehq.com and we will act promptly once we have looked into it.

By submitting a report you confirm it is your honest account and that you have not included information identifying a private individual.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of information published here, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Colombia, without limiting any rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
