WhoCalledMeHQ is free and exists to help people identify unwanted calls. You may not use it to harass, trace or identify individuals, or scrape its content automatically.

Accuracy

Numbering information is reproduced in good faith from published sources. Because of number portability and caller ID spoofing, information about an area code never proves who made a particular call.

User content

Reports are the opinions of their authors. We review and filter submissions but cannot verify individual claims. If you believe a report is false or infringes your rights, email hello@whocalledmehq.com. By submitting a report you confirm it is your honest account and does not identify a private individual.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for decisions based on information published here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Colombia, without limiting any rights you have under mandatory law.
